ANTIFUNGAL SILICONE/SILICONE ANTI-FUNGAL/ANTI-FUNGAL SILICONE SEALANT

CHARACTERISTICS:

•One-component, neutral curing, excellent anti-fungal/mildew resistance property, reach the highest level-0 of GB/T1741.

•Non-corrosive to metal coated glass, concrete, marble, granite and other building materials. 

•Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change, little changes of performance at -40°C~150°C.

•Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, water.

•Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.

BASIC USES:

•Waterproof anti-mildew sealing and glazing in all kinds of kitchen utensils and sanitary wares.

•Sealing for glass,marble,aluminum curtain wall. 

•Perimeter glazing for windows and doors.

•Automotive,shipbuilding,packaging,advertising and many other applications such as home decoration.

Colors:

 Black,grey,white or other colors on request. 

Storage and shelf life: 9 months shelf life if stored below 27oC in cool, dry places after the date of productiion.

Caution: 1. When skin or eye contact occurs, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, get medical  attention, if irritation persists. Fully cured sealant is not hazardous. 2. Used in the well-ventilated environment. 3. Keep out of reach of children.

Limitations: 1. Can't be used to marble, granite and other alkalescence materials;.2. Not recommended for oil contained or blended surfaces.

3. Not suitable for confined joint(the sealant need atmospheric moisture for cure).4. Not suitable to use when the temperature of the materials surface is lower than 4oC or higher than 40oC .
