DESCRIPTION

KNG 8830 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a one component, ready-to-use silicone sealant. It has a paste-like consistency and cures to silicone rubber at room temperature.

USES

The paste-like consistency of PST-570 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is easily gunnable and can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces where use of pourable self-leveling sealants would not be practical.

This silicone sealant may be used in thicknesses up to 6mm (¼ in.) for bonding and sealing, joining metals and plastics, and electrical insulation.

KNG8830 High Temperature Silicone is specially designed for:

1. High temperature situations, such as fireplace frames.

2. Sealant joints between most non-porous materials such as glass, aluminum, metal and metal alloys.

3. Typical applications including sealing engine parts, gears and appliances.

STORAGE

 Store in a cool(below 25°c,77°F) and dry place.

CAUTION!: MAY IRRITATE EYES MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC SKIN   SENSITIZATION   VAPOURS   MAY   IRRITATE RESPIRATORY  SYSTEM . Avoid  eye  contact .  Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact.Use with adequate ventilation IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT,flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a doctor . IN  CASE OF SKIN CONTACT , wipe  off  and  flush with water IN CASE OF

RESPIRATORY DISCOMFORY,remove  to fresh air.During cure ethylmethyl-ketoxime vapour is released.

LIMITATIONS

1. Can't be used to marble, granite and other alkalescence materials 2. Not recommended for oil contained or blended surfaces

3. Not suitable for confined joint(the sealant need atmospheric moisture for cure)4. Not suitable to use when the temperature of the materials surface is lower than 4°c or higher than 40°c
